One Manufacturer in Ukraine had approached us to provide assistance to buy Machineries to produce various kind of copper and copper alloyed tubes. The Manufacturer has been trying to buy such Machineries from European’s Producers, but costs were not affordable for Manufacturer.
Our Team of experienced Engineers has studied inquiry and requirements of Manufacturer, research of all possible options, prepare a feasibilities’ study, contacted several Producers of machineries and equipment in China and South Korea and proposed unique plan to build a production line that satisfied Customer’s requirements.
Now this Company, one of major producers of copper tubes in Ukraine. Many of grades of tubes have been exported to Russia, Belorussia, Turkey, Israel, South Korea.
Another Manufacturer of cored wires in Ukraine (Universal Equipment Ukraine) approached us in order to obtain help in financing of raw materials. Our Offices on USA and China were able to facilitate such financing.
Raw material required long lead times and shipments from overseas and significant inventory dies to different specification that needed to be selected from within a few days’ notice requiring extra stocking of all specs.
Rise Team provided customized inventory agreement up to US$2 million, holding up to 90 days of inventory providing just in time delivery to the Manufacturer enabling the Manufacturer to significantly reduce inventory level while freeing up substantial working capital
